Just coming off a hike in the Smokies and the car starts making an awful screeching noise. 3 guys stopped by to guess what the problem was. Tow or not tow? This is a family owned business and it shows. I had issues with sensors for my back tires and headlights that keep going out. They spent over an hour on the phone with my warranty company – past their own business hours to get the process resolved.
